As a preface to my remarks below, I want to make it clear that I am responding to what I consider to be an unwarranted insult made here (a list which over the last couple of years has produced over 28 thousand messages). I apologize to those whose share no blame and warn them to read no further, because I intend to be fully candid. Beyond that, this WILL be my last response to this thread.

And if I choose to register a legitimate complaint, I don't require your permission to do so. But that wasn't the case.
