Hi Frank,

Questions :
Is UK the country code, or GB ? In the example given in dictionary.lst GB is used. Isn't the name for the thesaurus file th_en_US_v2 ? I downloaded the thesaurus some days ago, with DicOOo, and I got this new name.

A good answer always creates a new question ...

I'm somewhat puzzled by the question.
I always though Great Britain and United Kingdom mean actually the
very same. Thus the question did surprise me a lot.

Technically there is no en-GB in OpenOffice as language.
The UI uses "English (UK)" and the locale representing this
entry is en-UK.
However locale name are not always unique and it might very well be
that en-GB would be just another valid (though maybe outdated) locale
for "English (UK)".
Internally OpenOffice does not use en-GB.

en US as 2nd and 3rd entry in the line should do.
But if the line that is used for spellchecking the english variant
you use has different entries you can probably use those entries as well.
