This won't be any help, but I tried opening it in OOo 2.0 on SuSE 9.3.
OOo would start to open the file and I could see the start of it, but
OOo would then lock up on me. Trying to let the document recovery work
would also lock up OOo with the file in the list (hmm...and OOo did not
give me an option to deselect it for document recovery). I looked into
the file using my archive viewer and noticed DL.zip and a layout-cache
file in there that I did not have in one of my own files I opened for
comparison. I deleted those from the file, but still got the same
result - OOo lockup.
I looked at manifest.xml and it still included references to the pics.
I tried removing those, but no luck.
Perhaps someone else can figure out what is going on.
