Maybe the instructions on
<http://porting.openoffice.org/macosx>http://porting.openoffice.org/macosxare
clearer.

Dear John

Are you still struggling with X11? Were the notes I made earlier not clear
enough, didn't you find X11 on the install DVD? Please explain step by step
what your problems are, so we can try and help you out.

The instructions at
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac<http://porting.openoffice.org/macosx>(without
the osx at the end), is probably where you got the How-To pdf from,
so that won't help you now.

May be the easiest way would be to send X11 for Tiger directly to you by
mail or post it on a website where you can download it, because I haven't
found a site where you can find it and just download and install it. It
always needs some extra steps to 'build' it...
It is about 816 Kb...

Anybody else knows how to get X11?
