Notice the "when appropriate" phrase. PDFCreator is more versatile, but
that comes at a cost. Ever tried to extract or copy text from a PDFCreator
PDF? Can you show me working bookmarks and hyperlinks in a PDFCreator PDF?
I can do both from OOo PDFs, and use both often.

As for the feature list above, OOo can match at least 5 of the features.
I've marked them with an extra *.

It all boils down to the right tool for the right job. I have both
installed and use both. For OOo generated files, OOo's PDF export is
usually the better choice. Otherwise, PDFCreator may be the better choice.
As this is the OOo list, IMHO, it's reasonable to assume the original
poster will have at least a few OOo documents.
