I currently have openoffice 2.3. I got a notification that an update is available for download. I followed the directions but the download wouldnt install. I kept getting a message to close openoffice before the download could continue. However, openoffice was already closed. I tried several times to install, but I was unsuccessful. Is the quick starter also closed? It's the OpenOffice icon at the right end of your task bar.
