Yes, the answers you received here may be summarized as "fix all the
other strictly-Linux issues first, and OpenOffice will work by itself".
Just one farewell suggestion: on a Linux mailing list you are much,
much more likely than here to be totally ignored or flamed if you
don't follow email netiquette. Do not top post, trim as much as
possible of the messages you reply to, avoid HTML, wrap your lines at
about 76 characters and you'll receive much more help, much faster
than posting in any other way.
