By golly you are right :-) I hadn't noticed as I only use the
ximian/Novell/Ubuntu version of OOo for testing most of the time, and
typically only use the standard OOo, so I even tested on a clean
install. An interesting one to test on is the Word2007RTFSpec9.docx
which is located here:

835 pages

against the Word2007RTFSpec9.doc file located at the same (303 pages)
using (U)OOo.
