If you are trying to download Excel then you need to talk to Microsoft or the company from which you bought Microsoft Office. Excel is *not* part of the OpenOffice suite. If you are really talking about OpenOffice then a) You don't need to buy it; it is *completely* free from www.openoffice.org b) You don't need a user name or password c) If you have bought it from someone - it is legal for people to sell even though you can get it free - then you need to talk to that person/company/organisation. The same applies if someone has given you a user name and/or password.
