If you are trying to download Excel then you need to talk to Microsoft or
the company from which you bought Microsoft Office. Excel is *not* part of
the OpenOffice suite.

If you are really talking about OpenOffice then
a) You don't need to buy it; it is *completely* free from www.openoffice.org
b) You don't need a user name or password
c) If you have bought it from someone - it is legal for people to sell even
though you can get it free - then you need to talk to that
person/company/organisation. The same applies if someone has given you a
user name and/or password.

If you are talking about Calc, which is the OpenOffice equivalent of Excel,
then you cannot download it separately; you need to download the entire
suite.
