It does matter much. Until OOo can display a complex table, formulas,
RTL Hebrew, macros, and all other functions of MSO 2007 exactly as MSO
2007 displays them, then it matters. Those functions exist and it is
to be assumed that they will be used.

So have them send the files in plain text. That's what I told them.
Or, at a bare minimum, in a universal format such as PDF.
