Hi, my name is Garth Bennett. I have been using open office a year or so. I love it. . I also use Microsoft office. Problem.. I can't seem to get 2.4 downloaded and there is now no icon on my desk top for open office. Also how do I get the CDs.
It is unclear if your problem is with "Downloading" or "Installing" OOo (OpenOffice.org), because they are two separate operations. Please advise in more detail.
