There is no speech input program for Linux that works reliabily.

You realize that SOP for Deel support is to tell a customer to
reformat their hard drive, and reinstall their OS, if they can't fix
the issue in ten minuets, don't you?

I stopped because people don't use the languages the way I do. The
issues with Vista re languages are _worse_ than I described.
