score MESSAGEID_LOCAL 1
describe MESSAGEID_LOCAL Message-Id contains ".local" TLD
and reload whatever you plug into your MTA.

I see you don't have bayes DB set up. With amavis you can have site-wide
bayes database, stored under amavis user.
proper training should get this spam caught.
