Singapore Airlines shows only SI, alternating between English and an
alternate language (Japanese when I fly them to and from Japan;
Chinese, when flying to Taiwan). However, the pilot's announcements
usually mention both.
On a recent U.S. domestic flight, the pilot announced our altitude in
meters, the first time I've heard that in this country.
