I would have to disagree.  I have been dealing with Hitachi-Japan for some years now, and have come to the realization that corporate-Japan doesn't give a rats ass about you, your feelings, your wants or your coughing bike.  Sometimes I wish Yamaha would come up  in this tech website and give us some explanation to what goes on.
