This was a 4th gear run. The V-boost is on all the time, i have checked the
slides and I'm pretty sure the mains are a little fat but that is not the
problem. I can vary the HP be 3-5 depending on main jets I use but it is
still the same place where it falls flat RPM wise. I am firmly convinced
that it is something other than carb tuning. I just don't know what in the
sparks could do this except for the coils.
