You need first of all to talk to PCW and find out what needles,mains etc.
they are using (or hey you 1500 tourmaster guys can help).Sounds like you
need to leave the clip in the second notch and increase the main jet size
(1) jump only at a time.Tuning the monster is a pain in the a*s but well
worth the effort when you get it right.Also who made the 160 mains that you
have ? DJ or Mikuni.
Makes a big difference.Bob H
