Your opinion is 100% correct. It seems too many people have absolutely no respect for a
new piece of machinery. Give it a chance to bed in properly, then take it to someone
with
a bit of a heart to properly balance carbs, change engine and rear gear oils. Then they
can check and adjust the V-Boost cable and system operation correctly.
If you are mechanically minded buy the Yamaha manual and do it all yourself. But the
longer you run that engine in, the better it will serve you down the track.
