Don,

I had my 2000 V-max serviced at 600 miles just like the
owners manual says.  They changed all the fluids and
synched the carbs.  They did not check the valves and the
manual does not call for the valved to be checked after
the break in period.

Are you saying that I should have this work done again
at 1500 miles and have them check the valves?
