>From what I understand a tire's speed rating is only good if the tire is
warmed up & the tire is inflated to maximum
recommended pressure . The H or the V rating on a tire is of no concern
to me as far as speed .  130 mph+ at 15min is a long time
on  public roads. I have have a perception that the V rated tires are
superior in constrution as to the H tires when it comes to running true
in regardes to vibration & running straight .
