Unfortunately, a leak down tester doesn't tell you anything about oil
scrapers either ... Elimination of any significant difference between
hot and cold compression readings will tell you that your compression
rings have seated. If all my readings end up +- 1 psi .. hot or cold
.. it is telling me something that I want to hear .... A glass fuel
filter with the guts removed will show you all the oil you want to see
being sucked to the airbox if it is placed inline with the crankcase
vent hose.
