limit prohibits new Emscripten application from running

I'm concerned with just setting the limit to maxint, as long as nobody
remembers where the limit originally came from. Also, V8 will run out of
memory much earlier -- and my trust in the reliability of our stack
overflow and OOM checks is somewhat limited; each attack vector on those
that we can avoid seems like a good thing.
