Photoshop is a piece of cake for me - now.  I've been working with it since 
version 5 on the Mac and now up to version CSS2 on the PC (and to be honest, I 
prefer version 7 on the PC).

I do remember the first time that I looked at it though - it was intimidating.  
I mean, ok, I can pick the paintbrush and draw a squiggly line, and I can draw 
a box but I didn't know what to do with it from there.

I'd say that using the program itself is really easy, it's just knowing how to 
use the various tools properly and how to achieve the desired look that is the 
learning curve.
