Fernando,

I'm afraid that your broad judgement on "all others are junk" is a bit too
broad. I haven't tried all the "others" , but have been using a Prolific 2303
for over a year now on 64 bit OSx 10.7.5. Cost me $8.49 including shipping. I
use it directly in OSx to run Fldigi and in WinXP in VBox to run Winlink.
Maybe other applications would have problems with it, but not these.

I second the idea of getting the latest drivers however.
