+1 (Apologies Nathan... I was going to send a -1 to removing the tools tree, and suggest we create a tools.generic.* package... but then read closer!! <grin> +1 on a single velocity-tools.jar idea Even with the tiny bit of bloating, a few extra classes would add in kilobytes, it'll make the install/setup SO much easier! Velocity and Velocity-Tools. Done. :-) Heck, folks who reallllly don't want those extra 4 classes can modify the build.xml file themselves, eh? How the trees are combined or not and how the ANT does it's magic is of no concern, nor do I have a strong enough opinion to bother voicing. :-) Just please let us know how it winds up so I can modify the docs accordingly and start submitting patch files. :-) Thanks man!
