including some of the current examples for velocity proper, which would then
have to be dropped or moved to velocity-tools.  not necessarily a bad thing
though...

these things would likely be a minimum prerequisite.  so, yeah, don't hold
your breath.  it might be a while, if it happens at all.

it's good in theory, but good theory needs to be tempered by practical
sensibilities.  (a line which i might also apply to the float-support debate
et. al.)
