started doing initial Biopatch this year. a folded 2*2 on top of biopatch / steri-strips as pressure dsg. q week dressing change.

why change:

1) compliance/% of the 24 hr dsg change is low.

2) kids hate dressing changes; esp painful with the 24 hr change with the CHG.

Are you placing pressure drsg on outside of sterile drsg? 2x2's and coban?
