I have one that was made for me by a friend. It looks much like the
illustrations you will find in the links given by others, but mine is set up
so it can be driven with an electric drill - quick work on the twisting, and
you can almost go into mass production.  My friend said that the toughest
thing in making it was finding something to use for the hookup to the drill.
