VFB Roll Call... Who’s still here? And let us know how you are doing if you feel like it. I’ll start. Got my diabetes on the run. Off insulin now (un-officially) and my BG readings are still all normal. Exercise and diet have been the key for me. Up to a mile on the treadmill now- walking, jogging, and wind-sprinting up to 6 mph so far with incline. Two months ago a 5 min. 2 mph level walk pooped me out. My BP is now normal after the workout and after the cool-down. Have lost 45 pounds so far (less of me to love). Who-hoo! Anyone interested in fly swaps now that winter is here?
