Off insulin now (un-officially) and my BG readings are still all normal. Exercise and diet have been the key for me. Up to a mile on the treadmill now- walking, jogging, and wind-sprinting up to 6 mph so far with incline. Two months ago a 5 min. 2 mph level walk pooped me out. My BP is now normal after the workout and after the cool-down. Have lost 45 pounds so far (less of me to love). Who-hoo! Anyone interested in fly swaps now that winter is here?
