Rene, these types of casts aren't made with ordinary fly tackle. They
use "broomsticks," that is purpose built 17 and 18-weight rods with
lead-core shooting heads (or something similar) and mono running line. I
played with one once and even after a couple of hours I could cast 140
feet consistently (and more on occasion). Mind you, the next 140 feet is
