Also, I was talking with a guest last night at the hotel. He said that as a boy in Montana, he used to "clean up" wit a floating GRHE. He stated that his Dad tied all of their flies, and that the floater was the most effective one they had. I asked him to describe it and he said it was exactly like an ordinary GRHE, but that it floated just below the film. Has any one heard of such a fly or how it could be done?
