I can't vouch for the floating GRHE but I find fishing just below the surface for me is the most effect way to catch fish. I hate bouncing the bottom and am not an accomplished dry fly fisher. When I try to fish dry flies, about all of my takes are when I come to the end of the drift and pull the dry under. Have taken many trout that way on dry's. I also tie my own buggers with just a couple of wraps of small lead to have them work just under the surface. They are very effective. Tony [EMAIL PROTECTED]
