Dang, Murph. I have "huge hands" and no problems hand whipping. But I couldn't use a Mata - Zetti if my life depended on it. Ring finger is size 14. I know, I know, dangit! Your's is probably at least a 16 - always got to go me one better. Hope you make it to Sowbug, so we can see who's really the tuffest.. :-P

I use a Matterelli or Renzetti (are these guys Italian?) most of the time.
