I use "Udder Butter" or "Udder balm"for my hands..it is easily available from your vet or from your local farmer's feed store. It even comes with a pump if you pay an extra buck. Cost is 5.00 with pump..smells good, works great. The irony of this is that the very same ingredients at the local Wal-Mart store in a same sized tub without the pump costs 1 dollar more. It works really well. Helpful hint, rub it in good before going to bed at night as well as just before you are tying. It really helps to heal the hands and help not to snag with them. Joyce
