Hey Dean,
Just got back myself from Golden Trout Creek just below Big Whitney Meadows. Goldens are everywhere, at least 10-15 per pool in the freestone creek. Not big, 7-12 inches. Did not see one other person for two days there. It's God's Country. However, I did encounter another flyfisherman on the way out who caught a 17" Golden in one of the lakes.
