The Lakes the other Flyfisher was fishing....were they the Rocky
Basin Lakes???? Great to hear they are producing large Goldens again.
These guys were coming from Rocky Basin Lakes but they said it was still barren. The 17" was supposedly caught in another lake named, Tangier. Never heard of it! I suspect that it was probably one of the Rocky Basin Lakes but are keeping it secret. The flyfisherman was a little sheepish about the whole affair particularly when his buddy, a spinner guy, bragged about how good the 17" Golden was for dinner.
