Thanks for the tips. Do you know anything about "feather mite", my dad
mentioned it to me and said that it can survive extremely high temps????? I
haven't been able to find any reference to it on the web, admittedly I
haven't been down to the university library yet so am asking without having
done all the research.

The bike is definitly worse off than I am.
