Any bobbin holder that has the right thread spool for the task at hand loaded.
Seriously, any high quality bobbin holder is OK, although I particularly like the autoomatic NorBloc bobbins that Norm Norlander makes. These are auto-retracting, which is VERY convenient when tying rotary-style.
Tiemco, Griffin, and Rite all make high quality bobbin holders, as do a number of others.
