Is there, or does anyone have, a card or chart for what the largest tippet that will usually fit into the eye of a fly hook? I know this sounds a bit strange, or even stupid, but I am going to be getting some new tippet and want to make sure that I get the strongest I can to fit into a #18, or #20, or even down to a #24.
Any tips or suggestions? Thanks, Jimi
