Or are they just cheating, double-dealing; underhanded, crafty, cunning, devious, treacherous, unfair, unjust, dirty, unethical, immoral, dishonorable, untrustworthy, unscrupulous, unprincipled, amoral, false, untruthful, deceitful, deceiving, lying, mendacious, crooked, hinky, shady, tricky, sharp, shifty or more literary: perfidious?
