The only pieces of Macintosh hardware left that weren't already intel or other PC company designs were the CPU (and even most of those were produced by IBM) and the 1394 Firewire ports. It's completely the opposite of how Spider Robinson had Apple's future in "Lady Slings the Booze" with the "Macintosh Five" from 2010 sporting a holographic screen and IBM only saved from bankruptcy by supplying the power switches for the previous model of Mac. (The "Five" no longer required a power switch...) It will be total Fandemonium!
