Don't spill the sealer on anything porous like an asphalt driveway or any
part of your body. In the case of the driveway you have to remove the
asphalt all the way down to the dirt to get the stuff gone. In the case of
body parts  you get to live with a "hard shiny spot" (dull gray actually)
until several layers of skin have reached their natural "aging off" point.

The stuff gets into tiny holes GOOD and starts drying FAST. 

If you think your tank may be REALLY varnished up, buy an extra couple of
quarts of "Marine Clean". The gallon that comes with the kit will do a
really good job but if you want to be absoultely certain then one more
final wash ...
