Hi guys.. I am planning to replace my spring plate bushing soon and wonder if anybody has any tips?
I've read about it and spoken to a few people who done it and I'm reasonably confident of getting it back together again. One good tip I had was to get two bolts with the same thread but longer and cut the heads off, install these in 2 diagonal bolt-holes and slide the cover on, this ensures the cover sits square while you get 2 of the original bolts snugged down, after that remove these 2 studs and install the 2 remaining bolts..
