Do the horn and the brake lights work? I believe the signals are on a different fuse than the emergency flashers, and share that with the horn and brake lights.
Yes, if the emergencies work, the bulbs and flasher box are OK. You might have had a connector come off if you bounced that hard - look for loose or floating push-on terminals.
