I had the same problem once. Went through all the connections and couldn't find a thing. Turned out to be the fuse contacts. The fuse itself was good but the contacts were dirty. Cleaned up the contact surfaces and they started working.

Yes, if the emergencies work, the bulbs and flasher box are OK. You might have had a connector come off if you bounced that hard - look for loose or floating push-on terminals.
