Hey thanks for the remembrance there Kristof. :) I still have that engine plus several more my brothers built a couple of years later. They sit right here in a tote next to me. We got into building kind of a turbine design roughly based on Tesla's turbines. We actually got to where the speed of vacuum cleaner air on the intake was enough to completely blow up the plastic pieces. We're not talking seperation - actual physical destruction of the plastic itself. When you can exceed the structural strength of lego blocks with a vacuum cleaner, that is impressive. I guess the only way it pertains to VWs is that it's a model of a piston engine. :\
