Thanks for all the tips guys. Well i took the decklid
off (because i couldn't get my melon head in close
enough to look down the carb) and started working the
throttle with the engine off. Well it didn't look like
there was anything coming out of the accelerator tube.
So I start it up and go back and mess with it some
more and still nothing coming out. So I think I've
found the problem. So do I need to take the whole
thing apart and soak it or just take the top off and
blow everything out? 
Also Marc, will the preheat flanges not being drilled
out cause a performance problem? There were small
holes there but I could have certainly made them
bigger. Thanks again for all the help gang!
