I sure will take some pics. Can wait to better weather, which is
approaching fast here in TX, to get started.

Cool. If Pete says they'll fit on a Type1 at 4", then you can trust his
judgement. Are you planning on dumping it, or just going a little low?
What about the rear? If you're going to go for a raked out, kind of
aggressive look, You may want to seriously look into a set of caster
shims. If you look at your beam you'll notice it leans back a bit
towards the passenger compartment. Not much, just a few degrees. When
you lower the front, you bring it more vertical and that changes your
caster, which will impact the handling adversely. The greater the
difference in height between the front and rear, the worse it'll drive.
The caster shims slip in behind the lower tube on the beam and restore
that lean. Pete sells them, they're maybe 15 bucks. your local parts
house should also sell them.

You will also notice a very different feel when turning with a narrowed
beam. If you dn't like the way it drives, you can get a quick steer kit
fom bugpack. It bolts to the pitman arm and changes the mount location
for the tie rods to improve the steering. I don't run one on my 4" beam,
so I'd say try it out and see how it seels before you commit to that
one.
It's a matter of how you feel driving it.

FWIW, his beams do feature a modified shock tower. On a balljoint car
they go right in with no clearancing required. I believe the case is
also the same for linkpin, but you may have to dress your inner fender
wings back just a bit with a rubber mallet to make it fit. less than
1/8" and no one but you will be able to notice if you're careful.

Pics of it when it's done? :)
