I was trying to set time for recording in OoTunes. The sliders would only work if I slid and touched, slid and touched one increment at a time. It has been some time since I've used this feature, but I do not remember it being that way in the past. Is it a change in OoTunes or IOS. It was doing this before I updated to 8.3.
